about the project:
Mountain View Terrace is a 36-Unit Senior Housing Apartment Building. It was partially funded by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). The building is constructed on an adjacent Greenfield site directly across Springville Road from the current Welsh Mountain Home facility in New Holland, Pennsylvania. The Welsh Mountain Medical and Dental Center is located directly north of the site.
Exterior finishes consist of a combination of stone veneer and vinyl siding. Patios have been included on both th front and rear of the building to allow views across the valley and towards the surrounding woods.
