about the project:
We partnered with Columbia Cottage to convert their existing figure-8 household model into three separate assisted living household neighborhoods, in addition to one memory support household. Through our Real-Time Design process, we transformed the space from a modern Victorian style to a farmhouse aesthetic. The new design features units that open out onto courtyards, and a dedicated kitchen, living room, dining room, lounge, sitting area, and game room for each household, in addition to common spaces in the main house area of the building.
