about the project:
This facility was designed to accommodate two (2) separate tenants including a senior center and a health care lease space. Both tenants will utilize the services provided by the YMCA as part of their agreement. Natural light was introduced into the main corridor with translucent skylight systems and light was introduced into the pool and gymnasium areas with clerestory translucent windows systems.
