An empty retail/warehouse building was converted to a commercial office building, constructed to receive LEED Silver certification. Many original building elements were reused and recycled for this facility, constructed in the winter. Other green features include a 60.72 kW rooftop solar array and secondhand work station systems purchased from another commercial office.
